Company Client Registration
Your Mastercard debit card is a personal card which allows you to make purchases at every business in the world which accepts it, as well as make purchases online and also withdraw money from any ATM in the world. You must make sure to sign at the back of your debit card and store its security code separately.
Registering as a client of Innollet (Register button)
After receiving your card, you will go through a short process of registration on the company website or app by pressing the “Register”
After registering, you must log into the system for the first time by entering your email address or the card’s serial number (it’s on the back of your card) and a password, and then pressing “Login”.
When you log into the system for the first time, you will be required to send us a copy of the following relevant documents:
* Proof of ID (a valid ID, driver’s license or a passport)
* Proof of residence (If the ID card has been used as proof of ID, it cannot be utilized as proof of residence. If, however you have sent in a passport or drivers licence as proof of ID, you may then use your national ID card as proof of residence. Alternatively, you can also send in either a-: utility bill (electricity, gas, water, TV, landline, internet – mobile phone bills are not accepted), or tax receipt. Documents must be issued within the past 90 days).
* Proof of bank account (photo of a check, a personal credit card, or a printout from a bank account).
As soon as the documents are received at the company headquarters and approved, you will receive a confirmation message of your status as company client, after which you will be able to access every service provided by the company fast and easy.
You must log into the system for the first time: enter an email address or the card No. (located on the back of the card) and a password, and press “Login”.
Topping up into your wallet account
The maximum amount of money which can be topped up onto the card is 50,000 ILS per year, which can be done in 3 different ways:
* Cash top up(list of company branches to be published soon)
* Topping up from a personal credit card:
* Press Top Up on the main menu
* Press Card
* Fill in your credit card details and the amount you want to top up
* Press Top Up
* The wallet account will be topped up immediately and the balance will appear in the wallet. The transfer will appear instantly on the transactions screen (see section 7 below). You will also receive a text message to your phone as backup.
* Topping up by wire transfer: ##Card Ltd., credit account No. 474463 at Bank Ha’Mizrachi, branch No. 455. You must enter the wallet account number, located on its back.
Topping up a Mastercard debit card from your wallet account
Press “Wallet to Card” on the main menu
Press on a wallet with the relevant currency
Press “Wallet to Card”, enter the desired amount for transfer and press for confirmation of transfer (optional)
Press “Proceed”. Your Mastercard debit card will be topped up and the balance will appear immediately. The transfer will appear instantly on the transactions screen (see section 7 below). You will also receive a text message to your phone as backup.
Topping up your wallet account from a Mastercard debit card
Press “Wallet to Card” on the main menu
Choose your account card
Press “Card to Wallet”, enter the desired amount for transfer and press for confirmation of transfer (optional)
Press “Proceed”. Your account card will be topped up and the balance will appear immediately. The transfer will appear instantly on the transactions screen (see section 7 below). You will also receive a text message to your phone as backup.
Press “Exchange” on the main menu
Choose the currency in the account that you wish to sell in exchange for a different currency
Enter the amount that you wish to sell
The exchange rates displayed will be valid for 60 seconds. The system instantly calculates and displays the amounts you will receive in each currency, according to the exchange rate. You must press “Calculate” again after 60 seconds.
Press “Exchange” on the currency you wish to buy
A system confirmation message will appear on the screen. Press “Proceed” to perform this action or “Cancel” if you wish to abort
A system message will appear on the screen, informing you that the action was performed. Press “Ok” to close
The balance of different currencies will instantly be updated on the system
Press “Share” on the main menu
Choose the currency you wish to share
Enter the email address or Mastercard debit card No. of the shared wallet, and press for confirmation of transfer (optional) and the amount you wish to transfer
Press “Send” to share or “Cancel” to abort
Tracking transactions in your wallet and Mastercard debit card
You can monitor and control your account online at any given moment through the app, as well as the company website, and receive daily, weekly and monthly information regarding transactions both in your wallet account and on your card
Press “Transactions” on the main menu
Choose the currency to display cash transfers for
Choose a display period: Today or Week or Month. For your convenience, it is also possible to pick the specific dates you wish to view
Choose your wallet or card to display the transactions (Mastercard/Wallet buttons). The transactions for the period you chose will be displayed. Currency exchanges will also be displayed
Security code reset
The system allows you to reset your security code instantly at any given time.
Press “Mastercard PIN” on the main menu
Enter the last 4 digits of your card and the 3 digits on the back of your card
Press “Request PIN”
Your secret 4-digit code will appear on the screen. Press “Ok” to confirm
Remember to always store your security code in a safe place
